Nanomasterbatches

Nanomasterbatch is a structural material with a size range of 1-100 nanometers, successfully developed in the mid-1980s. Due to surface effects, small size effects, and quantum tunneling effects, its properties are significantly different from macroscopic materials, such as reduced melting point, enhanced light absorption, and altered magnetic properties. These materials include nanometals, semiconductor films, ceramics, etc., and require surface modification to improve dispersibility and compatibility with matrix materials. Common methods include coupling agent treatment, polymer grafting, and others.
