Product Overview
This product is prepared using aqueous acrylic functional emulsion, nano-functional materials, rust-preventive pigments, corrosion inhibitors, and auxiliaries.

Product Features
Compared with G-01 high-solids, high-thickness film, it has excellent coating hardness and adhesion, strong weather resistance, and superior water resistance, making it suitable for light corrosion protection requirements.

Product Use
It is mainly applicable for maintaining good corrosion protection in light corrosive environments. It is used for general protection and temporary protection, such as: steel structures, steel formworks, scaffolding pipes, cast iron parts, manhole covers, etc.

Theoretical Paint Consumption: 1KG / Approximately 7-9 square meters

Application Methods: Spraying, Roller Coating, Brush Coating, Dip Coating

Overcoat Time: 5-12 hours

Construction Environment: Construction is prohibited when the construction environment temperature is below 5°C or humidity is higher than 85%. Waterproofing and anti-freezing measures should be taken for the already applied parts.
