广西首张内河港口危险货物作业电子许可证核发
Recently, relying on the Guangxi Water Transport License Management System, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued the region's first electronic permit for inland port dangerous goods operations, marking the realization of full online processing for inland port dangerous goods operation permits in the autonomous region.
The Guangxi Water Transport License Management System achieves a fully digital closed-loop process for license application, acceptance, review, issuance, and application. It effectively addresses pain points such as multiple steps in traditional paper-based license processing, complicated application materials, low efficiency in cross-regional circulation, difficulty in managing paper documents, and poor departmental data collaboration. Since its launch in April 2024, the system has processed over 10,000 cases and aggregated more than 40,000 high-frequency electronic water transport licenses across 8 categories.
The successful issuance of the first electronic permit for inland port dangerous goods operations is a landmark achievement of the Guangxi transportation industry regulatory authorities. It is based on the needs of the Pinglu Canal Economic Belt construction, deepens the comprehensive application of water transport electronic licenses, and promotes the "efficiently completing one task" government reform. This clears approval obstacles for inland waterway transportation businesses, such as the transport of lithium batteries and other dangerous goods.
